Now they are looking for an experienced and dedicated Construction Project Manager!

Responsibilities

• Preparation of projects, collection of technical requirements.
• Continuous contact with project stakeholders.
• Continuous control of plans, making proposals for technical and cost optimization measures.
• Managing the permitting procedure, maintaining contact with the designer and the permitting authority.
• Development of the time schedule and having the architect and the construction team follow it.
• Preparing cost estimates and controlling costs during the implementation phase.
• Issuing the request for proposal, conducting, and evaluating tenders.
• Organizing, holding, and documenting meetings during the implementation of the project.
• Continuous monitoring of the project to follow Client and statutory requirements.
• Maintaining contact with contractors during implementation, coordinating technical inspections, and managing changes.
• Periodical preparation of progress reports.
• Keeping company management informed about project progress and anticipated risks.

Qualifications

• Experience: minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience successfully delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Possess a degree in architectural engineering or civil engineering.
• Communication Skills: Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian, enabling clear and effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated aptitude for creative problem-solving, ability to think strategically, and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in project planning, documentation, and quality control.
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices, staying updated with the latest trends and technologies.
• Computer Skills: Professional user of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
• Personal Qualities: Possess a strong sense of independence, commitment and ambition and demonstrate a steadfast dedication to achieving organizational goals.
