Senior Associate - Capital Markets
As an Associate, you will play a key role in deal execution, financial analysis, client management, and market insights for one of the region’s most dynamic real estate investment team.
Our Client is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Associate to join their Capital Markets team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of commercial property investment, advising institutional and private investors on acquisitions and disposals across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in originating, structuring, and executing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and recapitalizations
- Prepare high-quality investment memoranda, pitch books, cash flow models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct financial modelling and valuation analyses using Excel or Argus for a variety of asset classes
- Undertake market research and prepare analysis on real estate trends, capital flows, and investor sentiment
- Maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, fund managers, banks, and other stakeholders
- Coordinate due diligence processes, including managing data rooms, liaising with legal and technical advisors, and supporting transaction closing
- Assist with business development efforts, including the preparation of proposals and client updates
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, or advisory within a capital markets, brokerage, investment banking, or consultancy setting
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling (DCF, IRR, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
- Solid understanding of real estate valuation principles and investment fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field; Master’s or CFA is a plus
