Senior Construction Project Manager (Director)
We are searching for a Senior CPM - Director - to lead premium office fit-out projects with full ownership, hands-on site management, and strong coordination across multiple stakeholders.

About the Partner
Our client is a globally active, high-expertise organization operating in the commercial real-estate and project delivery space. The team manages premium-grade office developments and complex corporate fit-outs, providing full lifecycle project oversight from design through execution. The environment is international, professional, and performance-driven, offering substantial autonomy and real impact.
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day project progress, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and execution teams
• Maintain full oversight of quality, timing, and cost performance throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Procurement of project-related packages: tendering, contracting, supply chain handling
• On-site execution management at an operational, hands-on level
• Budget oversight and margin awareness
• Strong client communication and relationship handling
• Team leadership of 3–6 project team members
Experience:
• Senior or strong medior level
• Coordinate internal and external partners to resolve technical issues quickly and keep delivery on schedule
• Minimum 3 years (preferably 5+) construction experience in fit-out
• Procurement, contracting, and supplier network experience (must)
• Completed min. 3–5 fit-out projects, ideally 10+ (must)
• Represent the project owner’s interests during planning, procurement, and construction phases
Skills & Personality:
• Reliable, strong ownership mindset, committed and accountable
• Hard-working, “doer” attitude, fast execution, resilient, structured
• Professional, assertive, yet humble and easy to work with
• Confident, client-facing communication style
• Analytical, realistic, strong problem-solving instincts
Education:
• Architect or Civil Engineer degree preferred
• Electrical / Building Services Engineering acceptable
• Economics background is a plus
Other:
• Fluent English – confident professional communication (must)
• International project exposure – advantage
• On-site operational PM experience – advantage
