My name is Ágota Schindler. I obtained my HR degree in 1998 at Janus Pannonius University of Pécs and I started my career as a recruiter in 2006 when I was responsible for end-to-end processes, especially in the field of banking, finance, sales, and customer service. Since then, the labour market has gone through a lot of changes, with more and more challenges, but I always try to adapt to them and develop myself.

I’ve been working together with Asteria Search since 2023 as an external Partner, solving numerous challenges jointly. I love communicating and dealing with people, and organizing issues that take the business and people’s lives forward. It makes me happy in my work if the Client is satisfied and I have delivered them a new colleague, who create value to them on the long run, whereas at the same time the candidate is happy too, having found his/her dream job through me.
